Haywood Developements Ltd

In 2004 a contract to build 54 new units of affordable housing was won from Haywood Developments Ltd. The site is based at Parc Gwernen, Tycroes, Ammanford. The contract consisted of 3 phases:

Phase 1 – 12 houses

Phase 2 – 19 houses

Phase 3 – 23 houses.

More recently completed was a contract again with Haywood Developments Ltd for 70 houses. The development started in 2007 and was completed this year. This site is based at Abbey Fields, Whitland. Here we built a selection of 2, 3, & 4 bedroom houses/bungalows all completed to the usual professional high standard.

Recently Won Tenders

We have recently won a contract with Pembrokeshire County Council to enter into a Framework agreement with five other suitably experienced contractors to carry out work over a set term. The location of the first project is Monkton CP School, Pembrokeshire, and the nature of the works is construction of Flying Start Extension. This will then be followed by various other building works within the council to be announced as and when projects achieve planning.
