Maintenance Department

South Wales has a strong social housing community, meeting the need for good quality affordable homes in the area. We are proud to be the property maintenance contractors to two prominent local housing associations providing such homes – Cymdeithas Tai Cantref and Midwales Housing. We have a team of highly skilled tradesmen who travel across the region on a daily basis attending to property maintenance needs. This can be anything from fitting a new pair of taps, to installing new kitchens and bathrooms, and carrying out Physical Adaption works, making homes more accessible and comfortable to live in for the less able bodied.

As well as day to day maintenance, we also provide a 24/7 emergency call out service, ensuring tenants have always got someone they can call in an emergency. The team is headed by Mr. Lee Poole, Maintenance Director; and co-coordinating the successful completion of daily works with administration and tenant liaison, is our Maintenance Liaison Officer, Kath Bigwood.
